These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of our website and all clients of our soccer training programs, including parents or guardians booking on behalf of a minor. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Training Sessions & Bookings

​

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, email, or phone.

  • Participants must arrive on time and be dressed appropriately with the necessary equipment.

  • For minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before training begins.

3. Payments

​

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or before the start of the session/program.

  • We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc. Cash is not accepted.

  • Prices are subject to change, but all confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • In the event of inclement weather, illness, or coach unavailability, we will reschedule the session or offer a credit/refund.

5. Safety & Conduct

​

  • We prioritize safety and expect all participants to behave respectfully toward coaches and fellow players.

  • Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a session without a refund.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children are physically fit and able to participate.

6. Liability

​

  • CT Soccer Mastery is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in our programs.

  • Participants join at their own risk, and we recommend obtaining appropriate personal or medical insurance if needed.

7. Privacy

​

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We may use photos or videos taken during training for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

8. Website Use

​

  • All content on our website is the property of CT Soccer Mastery and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unauthorized services.​

9. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
