Refund Policy
1. Session Cancellations by Clients
We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and proper planning:

Individual Sessions:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. -
Group Programs, Clinics, or Camps:
Refunds for multi-day programs will be considered if requested at least 7 days before the start date.
After this period, partial refunds or credits may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
2. No-Shows
If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, no refund or credit will be issued.
3. Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions:

The session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

If rescheduling is not possible, a full credit or refund will be offered.
4. Coach-Initiated Cancellations
If a session is canceled by CT Soccer Mastery for any reason (e.g. illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts), clients will be given the option of:

A full refund
-
A rescheduled session
-
Credit toward a future service
5. Program Withdrawals
If a participant withdraws from a program in progress due to illness, injury, or personal reasons:

A partial refund or credit may be issued based on the number of sessions attended and the reason for withdrawal.

Medical documentation may be required for injury-related refunds.

Include your name, the date of the session or program, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
7. Payment Method for Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
